Blog Relaunch!
Down the Jewellery Quarter’s gem-encrusted rabbit hole, us Carroteers have been busy at work for the last few months! We've been strengthening the market in all areas, including our co-operative involvement, our stallholders and our marketing appeal; so we’ve not had time to blog about the fabulous adventures of the 24 Carrots initiative. We thought now would be a great time to relaunch our blog and to let you know about the initiatives we have been working on! It really is very exciting!
We are very proud to be involved with Cloudberry's Popup Market, a social enterprise to give those with the talents, but perhaps not the capital or opportunities to start their own business. 24 Carrots will be on hand to support these young entrepreneurs through supporting them at our markets, starting at Decembers market and continuing in 2012! Keep an eye out on the website and follow @thepopupmarket on Twitter for more information about these creative new stalls!
For our November and December markets we will be featuring some different stalls than what you would be used to seeing, in addition to the fine food products on offer. We have some gorgeous local craft stalls- perfect for Christmas gifts! We also have some stunning new stallholders joining us in the last few months, selling delicious bread and pastries, hot Asian streetfood, Caribbean patties, wines, samosas and other amazing products! Oh, and let's not forget face painting, live music and Christmas biscuit decorating!
The new blog will take a more in depth look at our fantastic stallholders, our work with the Pop up Market, and what we are doing to make our markets for 2012 extra special!
